SolEZGate is a content gating tool that allows creators to set a SOL price for access to their content. SolEZGate facilitates the creation of gated links and verifies on-chain payments. SolEZGate is not a payment gateway, payment processor, or financial intermediary. All payments occur directly between buyers and creators on the Solana blockchain as peer-to-peer transactions.
When a buyer unlocks a gate, SOL is transferred directly from the buyer's wallet to the creator's wallet via a standard Solana transaction. SolEZGate never holds, custodies, or controls any funds at any point. A platform fee (currently 2.5% + 0.005 SOL) is included as a separate transfer within the same transaction, but all transfers are executed by the buyer's wallet and settled on-chain instantly.

SolEZGate does not pre-screen, review, approve, endorse, verify, supervise, or take any responsibility for content created or distributed by creators. SolEZGate is not a publisher, distributor, or co-author of creator content. The presence of content on SolEZGate does not constitute SolEZGate's endorsement or guarantee of that content in any way. Content is hosted externally and is not stored in plaintext by SolEZGate. SolEZGate has no editorial control over such content.
By making a payment to unlock a gate, buyers fully acknowledge and accept that:
When creators upload files through SolEZGate, files are encrypted client-side using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored on encrypted decentralized storage. Encryption keys are envelope-encrypted (wrapped with a master key) before storage, providing an additional layer of security. SolEZGate facilitates access for verified buyers by providing decryption capabilities. Creators may request deletion of their content, which is effectuated by destroying the encryption key, rendering the encrypted file permanently inaccessible. The encrypted (unreadable) data may persist in storage, but without the encryption key it cannot be decrypted or accessed.
SolEZGate offers optional content protection features designed as deterrents against casual sharing, not as absolute copy protection:
SolEZGate does not guarantee that gated content cannot be copied, shared, or redistributed. These features are best-effort deterrents, not security guarantees.
If preventing unauthorized redistribution of your content is critical to your business, SolEZGate may not be the right solution for you. Please consider dedicated DRM platforms or enterprise content protection services that offer stronger guarantees.
SolEZGate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, content availability, or the behavior of the Solana blockchain. Users acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain transactions, including but not limited to network congestion, failed transactions, and price volatility of SOL.

SolEZGate is not responsible for the actions, conduct, content, or representations of any creator or buyer on the platform. SolEZGate's total liability to any party shall not exceed the platform fees collected from that party's transactions in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate and permanent removal of content and blocking of associated wallet addresses without prior notice or refund of any fees paid.
SolEZGate takes reports of prohibited content seriously. Users who encounter content that appears to violate these Terms may report it using the Report function available on each gate page.
SolEZGate's moderation process:
SolEZGate is not liable for any harm caused by content before a report is reviewed and actioned. The existence of a reporting mechanism does not create any duty of care or obligation on SolEZGate to proactively monitor content. False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporting party.
SolEZGate screens wallet addresses against the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list. Wallet addresses identified on sanctions lists will be blocked from creating gates or making payments on this platform.
All transactions are subject to compliance limits. Individual transactions are capped to ensure the platform is used for its intended purpose of digital content distribution. SolEZGate reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
By using SolEZGate, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or a resident of any country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you are not a person or entity on the OFAC SDN list or any other applicable sanctions list.
Each payment transaction includes an on-chain memo recording the gate identifier and the version of these Terms accepted at the time of purchase (e.g., "TOS:v1"). This provides an immutable, verifiable record that both buyer and creator agreed to the applicable terms at the time of the transaction.
SolEZGate may be subject to varying regulations across different jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of SolEZGate complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to securities regulations, money transmission laws, data protection requirements, and tax obligations.
SolEZGate charges a platform fee of 2.5% + 0.005 SOL per transaction, deducted from the creator's share and collected as a separate transfer within the buyer's payment transaction. The fee is capped at 50% of the gate price to protect low-price gates. A separate creation fee is charged per gate: 0.02 SOL for link-based gates, or 0.05 SOL for file uploads (0.02 base + 0.03 for permanent encrypted storage). All fees are subject to change with notice.
SolEZGate may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
